WORST CALL CENTRE

I phoned your onling banking support with regards to our payroll file from PASTEL that does not want to import. I told the guy 3 times it is Pastel and he kept referring to Instant Payroll. He told me to phone instant payroll after which I told him again it is Pastel yet he said to still phone them. I phoned instant payroll only to be told to that they only deal with instant payroll and do not work with any other payroll systems, the lady however tried to help as far as possible.

I phoned online banking AGAIN. Explained situation, was asked to hold and next thing someone else answered again. Explained situation again, he took my support number and put me through to Enterprise, even though I told him we make use of business online!

Enterprise transferred me back to business online as we don't have an enterprise account.

I am sick and tired of call centre's who have no idea what they are doing. I am wasting time and money trying to speak to someone that can assist with no avail!

Last guy I spoke to just now also wanted to put me through to Instant Payroll!!! 1
