After siting 45min in resturant we still didnt have anyting to drink, no waiter asking if we would like something to eat at all. Our waiter was so busy flirting with one of the other customers that on of the other waiters just to our drink order, from there on no service at all. Myself went up looking for the manager, he was on the phone, 1 waiter upstairs ask if he could help and I told him I want to speak to the manger. He keep on chatting on the phone and it was not a customer, all smiles when he finally turned around but till on the phone. He knew I was waiting for him and look me in the eyes and keep on talking. I then we back down stairs to tell my friend we are leaving. When I turn around walking towards the door them manager was there. Suddely both the waiters was there. Told my story and the manager did not even apologize. Im a big fan of Primi, but has never such bad service.
