I went with my partner to Primi Piatti at Cavendish Square. We ordered our pizza (both of them the same), order was not written down by the waiter. Also asked him to get some lemon slices for the water. The lemon slices never arrived. Later we managed to get the attention of an other waiter and asked for lemon slices and bread. He did get us lemon slices, but we did not get bread at all. Pizzas arrived: one that we ordered and an other one with feta on it, instead of garlic. I was very hungry so I didn't send it back, but when the manager came to ask if everything was OK I told him that I didn't order that pizza. He only said he was very sorry. Then we struggled to get the attention of one of the waiters to get the bill. Then we had to pay for the feta we did not order. Then, again we had to get the attention of an other waiter to be able to pay after waiting at least 15 minutes. We also asked for the manager, then had to wait quite a bit for him to arrive. The manager only said he was very sorry but did not ask if there was anything he could do to make up for the errors. The restaurant was not busy and we couldn't understand why the service was so bad.
