I took my girlfriend out to have a nice meal when right across from our table some rude guy and his wife came and sat down. Right from the beginning he had an attitude towards the waiters, managers and other people sitting in the smoking area. One of the waiters whom we know, came to us and we had a friendly talk. As we were still busy talking the other guy pulled him away from us and rudely told the waiter what they wanted to drink. The waiter went to go tell the table's waiter what they ordered. As this goes on the guy's attitude did not change and it got to the point where the manager was called. Norman (Manager), handled the situation very well. We are grateful for the service that Norman, Michael, Gert and Isaac gave us and we would go and eat out there again, our opinion of these people is that they don't need costumers like that, Great job guy's u are PRO
