I had lunch at Nandos Melrose Crossing on 30 April. The service at the counter was friendly and efficient. The waitress who brought my food to the table was also courteous and efficient. When I sent back my chicken because it was undercooked, the manageress came to apologise personally and she waited for me to test the new better cooked chicken before leaving me to eat. This is what i call excellent customer service. I have had many different restaurant experiences and this is one of the best - good management and team work - just need to ensure the cooks ensure the chicken is cooked enough next time...
