Today 29.4.2013 at 14:08:48 me and husband stopped at this branch to buy take away for us, we ordered two fold over lunch for a total of R 80.00 where I paid with a R 200.00 note and only received R 30.00 change on paying and receiving the order i was on the phone and did not check the change, I phoned in and told them that i received the wrong change and they told me to go back to them the 30km's that i am from them and ask for Monica to get the money and she apologised for the inconvenience. I went back all the way and when I got there she told me she have to order cash and will be with me, another 15 minutes later she got back to me with a cashup slip and told me there is no xtra money and she is sorry for letting me come all the way, upon which I told her that was not what she had said my friend with me asked if there is not a mistake, where she said they have cameras there and there is no mistake, now I ask if I only had the R 200.00 in my purse with no other money why would I query the wrong change if it was not wrong, no i was informed that i am lying so why would i travel all the way from Benoni to Kempton Park to receive the balance if i am wrong and they are right.
