I called in to the Pizza Perfect to place an order and was told that my minimum order should be to the value of R60. I was under the impression that it was R50. All fine and accepted the price increase... but when the pizza was delivered attached to my slip was the "4 burger, 4 chips, 2litre Pepsi" advert clearly stating free delivery with a minimum order of R50.
The next issue was the delivery man who gave me the wrong slip and wanted to charge me for the wrong pizza more expensive than what I had ordered. Luckily I checked the price. To add to this he had no change and blamed me saying that I must tell the branch that they must give him the exact change and told me I must go find change for him. He was also rushing me because he had another delivery, this also not my problem but he made it mine. Eventually I manage to get some change for my R100 note (i.e. a fifty, two 20's and a ten) and had to pay him without receiving any change because he still had no coins.
