I ordered a Double quarter pounder and paid for it through the drive through, once I was around the block I checked the bad and noticed they had given me a chicken burger. I went back to change my burger, I informed the staff inside, they apologized and said they would change the burger.
This would normally not be something to complain about because I understand that they were busy. It was lunch time on a Saturday after all. However they still got my order wrong. this time I had driven home before I checked.
If someone complains they got the wrong food you should really made sure you get it right the second time!
I paid for a double R46.50 and I ended up with a cheese burger!
