On saturday, 2 feb 2013, my mother walked into the shop and ordered food for the family and a kiddies meal for my son. when my mom and sister got home, they gave my son his meal, he gave me the chicken and it looked disgusting. bland. it smelt disgusting too. he didnt even get his toy! i then called the store, and this rude lady stared screaming at me asking why did i order from them in the first place? she doesnt deserve to work at all, with her attitude. the manager did apologise, and offer a refund or whatever but i refused it. i will never buy from nandos again, the price we pay for nandos doesnt even come close to the food we getting.
