I ordered a delivery of a chicken wrap at 11.10h in the morning. I have not received anything by 12.53. Their phone is permanently engaged. I drove there to go fetch the order myself at 13h. I explained the situation to the lady at the till. No apology whatsoever. Just handed me the order.
