BIRD FEEDING

I was having breakfast with my family and noticed 2 birds flying around the kitchen area. The area is quite large with large panel windows which makes it easy for birds to get confused and trapped in the enclosed space. The birds flew around and we hated the anxiety of worrying if the bird is going to land on anyone's tables or drop something in our food, which made the experience unpleasant. We were seated next to the kitchen and I noticed that one of the birds were sitting on the counter, picking at a baked crust that had just come out of the oven. I have photo evidence of this. The staff took no notice of this which leads me to believe either this happens often, or they may have actually left it there to feed the birds. I'm an animal lover, but this is completely unhygienic and unacceptable.
