I had decided to take my wife, my mother and my sister-in-law out to Mugg and Bean Musgrave for a nice meal... Little did I know that the evening would turn out to be a nightmare. Firstly my wife went to complain as it had taken an hour to get our meals since we were seated, where durning this time our waitress had visited the table next to ours four times and was taking photos of their young child. Our food eventually came and it was wrong. I was at this point getting frustrated... I went to the manager Clive, and demanded my bill and a take away container and I wanted it in two minutes. Clive then approached my table ready to fight, he began repremanding me about my attitude and when he raised his voice to me was when I lost my cool. I told him rather impolitely to leave my sight so I could pay my bill. Clive had done so, but then like a school child he began bad mouthing me to his staff and he ensured that I heard what he was saying. I was on the verge of physically assaulting him as he was pushing me with snyde comments and remarks. My wife, mother and Sister-in-law had to drag me out before I did something I would regret. All in all bad service bad management.
