Visited Mugg and Bean in Musgrave recently and had the worst horrifying experience ever... Order for 4 people was totally messed up and nothing was done on the night to rectify the problem except try to touch up a meal that was NOT prepared properly right from the beginning. To make matters worse, Mugg and Bean Manager contacts me to rectify it, promising a voucher but at the same store. I refuse to go back there and be victimised by the staff or manager... asked to use it elsewhere and no response till now... Not even an email after receiving a promisel. I DONT WANT TO HEAR from this branch at all... I would like HEAD OFFICE to resolve this... I have been commenting on your FB posts about getting someone to call me back and I have failed to get anyone to take me seriously... The managers attitudes were horrible, I was treated pathetically by both Clive and Sabelo as they were insulting and rude... I do not want to ever go back and I am so sad to hear good comments about your place as I feel you guys CHOOSE who to be NICE to... I am shocked at how you guys operate and disgusted at the way you communicate as MANAGERS... Follow up.. Is that hard to do???
