Last week Sunday four of us went to the Spur for breakfast and there were few things that went wrong that I brought the managers attention. I left my number with her.
Monday I got a call back with a sincere apology and a promise that when we return, we will get a meal on the house. Well Elize called back today to offer the vouchers and made me feel that my input was greatly appreciated and that I was valued a customer.
I must compliment the managers and staff at Falcon Clearwater Spur for the client service for when things go wrong they make it right with pleasure
