Once arriving at the restuarant, we were treated with "vague" attention. Our waiter was young and very inexperienced, after clearing our starters we went on to order our mains. We went on to order FILLET steak each. When the food eventually arrived, it looked dull, and not what was expected after reading the menu. The spinach, said to be creamy spinach, was dry plain spinach. My company's "spicy mash" was no other than normal mash bombed with wasabi. It was extremely bitter and unedible. Our "fillet" was defnitly not fillet, but rump (a cheaper meat of course). It is utterly unacceptible to order and pay for one thing, and receive another. After, the manager implied we were lying and that we should have called him whilst our food was still in front of us, we did, he just never arrived to our table, according to him "the day was just hectic".
In all, It was an untterly bad and regretful experience.
