I'm really disappointed in Spur. I am a frequent customer at the restaurant and love to take home the Spur "Pink sauce". The last spur sauce I bought however was separated, tasteless and just not nice at all. When I notified Spur customer service of this, I was promised a call back in the next few days. When more than a week has passed I called again, I was told the same thing. What kind of customer service is that? Not even an apology for the terrible sauce I had received, and more than 6 weeks later no response again. Why should the customer keep calling customer service to receive no response. Gugu (from customer service) might I ever get a reply. This is not the Spur I grew up loving... Absolutely put off the restaurant and the sauce. Where did it all go wrong Spur?
