Me and my family went to Santa Rio Spur early to avoid the rush hour. Our watress Rose gave such bad service that we reported her to one of the managers he spoke to her but the bad service continued. Upon paying our bill I spoke to another manager Dennis and he apoligised and committed that our next meal will be on the house. We recieved a phonecall from Victor, another manager to collect our vouchers. He told my husband he will phone us the nex day and the vouchers were for R200. We spend R500-600 at Spur and clearly the managers dont communicate with each other. On Tuesday 19 Feb no phone call yet and I then reported them to Spur's customer care and spoke to Gugu who assured me I will receive a call the next day. The next evening I phoned again and spoke to Thuli who informed me that I will get a call from the owner on Friday as he went to a convention. Guess what??? Still no phonecall from anybody at Lakeside Spur. Clearly they don't know what customer service is or how to use a phone. I haven't used the vouchers as we spend much more and the management can't stick to their word. Very bad service and no communication between them and no respect for customers hard earned money...
