I am i regular customer at spur, spesific toledo spur in rustenburg.
Today was not the first that i was really shocked. I went with a friend to spur, the managers and opperations manager greeted but not me. Then after our visit i went to pay, as i paid, the cashier, think she is called isabel, tells me infront ofcustomers that my tip is not big enough, holding back my money, then the manager, a short girl with black hair joined her to tell me i should be ashamed of the amount of tip i am giving. The tip i gave was in ratio with the service i recieved. The week before, one of the waiters screamd at another waiter and told her her underneath her pants and thatvher will hit her if he does not get his money. That was the absolute last time spur has seen me or my family. Its not a steak house its a uncontroled circus...
