Last week Monday (04/03/2013) I sent a email to Spur Customer service email address [Email Removed] regarding the bad service received @ Ottery Spur the same evening and to date I have not received feedback.

Good evening
I am currently sitting @ Ottery spur western cape with my family and find the service was terrible. Firstly the drinks did not come together to the table and was also flat. No place mats or cutlery was placed on tables either.
We had to look around for managers as none were visible. After we finally got the managers attention and told them of the complaint he just said yes and then walked away. Afterwards a setter came to the table and put the place mats and the cutlery on the table.
Cool drinks were replaced thereafter and the drinks that didn't come were brought to the table.
No apologies were made and not once thereafter did they come and ask if our meals were ok.
Myself and my family were not impressed with the service and will not return to this Spur again.
