I phoned to place an order for collection for 2 large pizzas and a regular sub. The lady on the phone was obviously distracted and I had to repeat my order a number of times before she got ir right. She confirmed that it would be ready for collection 20 minutes later. On arriving at the store to collect 50 minutes later, no food was waiting for me. They couldn't find any record of the order and I had to place it again in-store. No apology, no explanation - I just had to wait another 10 minutes.
Totally unacceptable! If I didn't like their pizzas so much, I would seriously consider boicotting this store! Will definitely not order again any time soon!
