On Friday 19th April I called the branch at around 3pm to order 3 x large pizzas, for collection at 3.30pm. The lady who took my order was Katlego. I arrived at 3.40pm and Katlego told me the order was not ready. I was asked to wait for 5 minutes. This turned into 10 minutes. The manager apologised (I did not get his name). Just so disappointing having ordered way in advance, having to wait. Another thing - I paid R12 for "extra cheese". Since when must we pay for "extra cheese" on pizzas? If I hadn't paid for "extra cheese", there would have been no cheese on the topping at all? Aren't pizza's made standard with cheese without having to pay extra for it? Again, disappointing - we pay a good price for good pizza, but we were disappointed with the quality and little cheese even with the "extra"!
