Sat for 15 minutes before waiter arrived. Says she did not see us. Order wine. Out of stock. Eventually try a house wine. Ordered food. Came back 25 minutes later to inform us there is no hake. Asked for chicken fillet instead. Cannot because all chicken is pre-marinaded. Explain that my mother is allergic to fish other than hake and cannot eat strong sauces. Recommended the piri-piri chicken without the sauce. Asked if it is a fillet chicken. Yes. Food served was chicken pieces, looked like a dog's breakfast. Asked for fillet. Don't have. My combo was cold with half calamari under cooked and half calamari over cooked as if warmed up from some else's left overs. The other combo had no lemon piece and no knife. Asked for some. Answer to busy with this chicken problem. Eventually my mother ate her fries and salad, no meat to serve. I ate half and my girlfriend ate half. Thereafter the waiter disappeared. Had to go inside to pay bill. Left without any apologies other than looks as if "what are your problem? ". Worst service/food/experience I have ever received in Western Cape since I arrived here in 1990. Shame on you with prices like codes:-(
