I lodged a complaint last week and was astonished at the speed at which my complaint was handled. Received a call wihin 10 minutes from the manager of the branch, Nerina who was very apologetic and immediateley offered to replace the meal. Selly from customer care called to confirm that the manger would call me and even followed up the next day.
My family being the Nando's freaks that we are visited the branch on Saturday. Spoke to the manager on duty, Lesai and explained that I was there to take up the offer of the replacement, and was assisted immediately. Was even more pleasantly surprised when Nerina came to introduce herself and apologise once again.
Was treated with tremendous respect and really appreciate this great attitude from the staff.
I could see that the entire service set up has been changed, I was even kept up to date as to how long it would take for the food to be brought to us!!!
