I bought a full chicken meal from Nandos last week and found out the next day that the chicken had an abscess inside the wing. I immediately contacted Nandos to lay a complaint and was treated with the utmost courtesy from the first point of contact- Brian and Chako, the manager. I sent an email with a picture after speaking to them and without any issues, Chako apologised and offered to replace the meal at no cost. He kept his promise yesterday when I placed my order for a full chicken meal again. Thank you very much for the professional service and excellent customer service
