My partner and I walked into the Wimpy at 2.45pm on Saturday 20th April and we sat down and our waiter handed out the menus. The waitress and the manageress got into a small dispute which quickly turned into a major arguement. They were arguing directly behind where we were seated therefore all customers seated at wimpy turned to look at our direction. It became very loud and the waitress continued screaming at management for another 5minutes after she was asked to calm down and leave she refused she screamed therefore the kitchen came to a stand still and the scene became uncomfortable. As consumer science students we were absolutely disapointed as it caused an interuption and another couple left their drinks and walked out. We sat trying to figure out why we as paying customers had to experience this type of drama Its unprofessional and immature in a retail franchise store. I would not want to go back to there for anything as its upsetting to be in an environment with a seperated staff and management team with no unity.who fight in front of customers.
