Yesterday my fianc? and I went to Westgate Mall Wimpy for a late breakfast. We arrived at about 11:40am and was seated at 12:05. Now I understand that it's festive season, being someone who use to work in the industry, so being seated 20 minutes after we arrived was not the issue. After we were seated, the waitress did not introduce herself. We ordered everything as we could see it was touch an go. When our drinks arrived, my fianc? found a fly in her juice. We sent it back and the waitresses didn't even apologies or send her manager. We waited a further 40 minutes for our meals and when we received the bill, the juice was still on. I took it to the front and told the woman to remove it, which she did. I paid and left. The last time i was at that particular Wimpy, my fianc? and I received great service, which is why we came back and waited so long in the line. The manager was nowhere to be found during the entire time we were seated and we saw two tables get up and leave, one was also being served by the same waitress we had. This is not what we expected from the Wimpy brand and if this is how waitresses treat their patrons, then I will not be considering the establishment any more
