A bad attitude and terrible service from Wimpy

I asked the waitress whether I can exchange the pork bangers in the double up breakfast for cheesegrillers, and she said it can be done, not a problem. When we got the bill, I got charged for an earlybird special plus two cheesegrillers. I sent it back saying it's wrong as I had a double up. They brought it back showing a double up breakfast, -R10 for the pork bangers and R24 for the cheese grillers. I told her that I'm unhappy about it as she told me I can switch the pork bangers for cheese grillers and she just said yes, but I'll have to pay for it. I then told her that I was not told this from the start, especially since that was exactly what I asked her. Exchange means to swop it. I asked to see the manager and Hendrik came over. I explained the situation to him, and his very rude response was that he can't understand how people can expect to get cheesegrillers in the place of pork bangers as they are much longer than a pork banger (but half the width?). If I could not exchange these two, the waitress should have said so, and after complaining about it to the manager, I do not expect to be called an between the lines. Very poor management and customer service.
