We live 5 minutes away from Wimpy Primrose. Very convenient. Unfortunately the last two visits have put us off ever going there again. Service delivery is non-existent. The first incident, the kitchen took absolute ages to prepare our food - restaurant was not busy. My husband got quite irate and caused a bit of a scene. Manager apologised. Generally it isn't overly busy. Then after quite a while, we decided to try it again on Saturday (02.03.2013). It was busier than usual, we were taken to a table and given menu's and then we just waited and waited and no one even bothered to come over and serve us. We decided to get up and walk out and told them so. The "manager" tried to feebly apologise as we were pulling away but no thanks. It seems there is a severe lack of management and/or interest in customers. We went "down the hill' to Wimpy Meadowdale value mall and it was chalk and cheese. Soon after we were seated, menu's were brought, plus colouring page and crayons for our daughter and drinks orders taken. Food came quickly and service was efficient. I hate to say it but the fact that they had two white managers there who were actully managing the restaurant made the difference!
