Hi,

I don't like it that Wimpy do not give me change when I pay with card.

I let them charge extra to the card for the gratuity and it has happened twice now (different Wimpy), that I had to ask them to put the change into the waitress's tip box. If this happens again, it will be the last time I visit Wimpy, and I'll make sure to make people look out if their whole/part of their tip remains in the cash register.

I have to wonder if I didn't request it, if the tip would have remained in Wimpy's cash register, rather than the waitress' tip box?

I do not like it at all! From my point of view, not physically seeing my tip go to the waitress, it feels as if Wimpy management is my waitress' tip.

I want my change between the charged and bill amounts, and I will put it in the waitress' tip box!

Again, I want the cash back... so that I'm guaranteed that the amount I want to give the waitress reaches her. When the person at the cash register does it, what proof do I have, that the whole tip made it from the cash register to the tip box?

I want my change, to check it, before putting it in the tip box.
