I visited this branch of Wimpy to have my favorite breakfast meal, and the first thing that struck me was the that there was nobody seating the customers. It was only about one third full, but the kitchen and counter area was like a fish market, no system whatsoever. I picked up a menu and seated myself, and after abt 10 min I asked a waiter to pls send someone to take my order, after another 10min nobody came to my table. I left but informed the desk clark of what happened, no apology was offered. To the owner of this store, businesses do not run on auto pilot, your store is leaderless and your staff are highly incompetent. May I advise that u please visit the Three Rivers Wimpy for a lesson on how a franchise should be professionally run with visible leadership and highly trained staff. I will never visit the Bedworthpark Wimpy again.
