On 13/04/2013 I bought a rack of ribs, when I got home they had no meat on except for a sticky sauce and it felt like we were eating coal.
On Sunday I went back and asked for a manager. The security and the waiter told me to look around the mall for the manager. And the security said he saw him sitting in the car with a friend and I must go and look for him. I told them they must find the manager and I am not sure in which category of bad customer service does this fit.
The manager came and he looked drunk to me and his behaviour proved that he probably was. He said there is no way those ribs could have had no meat and burnt, "we always make our ribs like that"! Very strange coz I always buy those ribs and it was the first encounter of that note. Instead of apologising he instructed a small decent guy who usually braai meat outside the shop to go and get me some ribs and he said he hopes I enjoy them and makes me feel better and he walked away.
the guy came with proper ribs, well cooked and apologised. I told the manager that I only expected him to thank me for the feedback to improve their service. The same shop sold me a salad and ribs with 2 green flies recently
