Hi, i just want to complain about the service rendered to me at spur in gateway, Durban on the 26/01/2014. i ordered lamb ribs from the waitress who was assisting me, when she brought back my order, she brought chops instead of ribs. when i told the waitress that this is a wrong order, she told me the lamb ribs are fatty and they not nice and if i still want them she can give me the ribs, i told her i still want my ribs. a manager by the name of David then came to me to say the ribs are not right they off and they are sending it to the supplier. i was so angry because they trying to convince me to eat chops which i don't want and if lamb ribs were that bad why are they on the menu for us to order, why customers are not informed of this on block it from the menu. i feel this was just an excuse for me to eat what they had prepared in error and i was very angry because i could see that the manager is promoting the fact that waitresses there can give awful service and he will cover up for them. i was very disgusted by the type of service i got and i felt disrespected that i should eat what they have prepared and not what i ordered. the service at spur should improve.
