Rotten Spare Ribs Delivered for Suppe

I ordered a large pizza and 400g spare ribs from the aforementioned place and when it was delivered we cut up the ribs for the kids and when we ate the ribs we noticed that the ribs was off, we immediately contacted them and they agreed to replace the ribs... when they arrived to replace the ribs they argued because we more than half of the ribs were eaten and now we want to complain, I said to the lady if you want me to take the bones and meat out the bin for you I will gladly do so... after much hassle they eventually settled and replaced the ribs.
I feel that this is very bad services as people pay for the food and expect value for money.
