Disgusting service/follow up

On the 30Th of March I had lunch and drinks with a friend. The service was slow to say the least. The waiters all had their heads in the clouds that day. I asked for an ashtray and ten minutes later still no ashtray, which forced me to not only ash on the floor, but also kill the bud on the floor. I then went to the bathroom and walked into a random nail protruding out of the wall in the cubicle. It bled for two weeks and I had to get ointment at a pharmacy. I now have a scar. I spoke with the manager on duty, who was apologetic. He offered me a bandage. I tweeted about it and was asked to email [Email Removed] I did so THREE times with no response. Stupidly, I gave them another shot this morning at my expense. I asked for the wifi password and was told I will need to order first before getting the password. I waited TEN minutes before going inside and asking why nobody is serving me. I am disgusted by this pathetic service and lack of feedback. I am so angry I could easily never come back here and tell all my friends the same. I cannot believe a restaurant I love and support so often can treat me with such blatant disregard. ANGRY ANGRY ANGRY!!!
