Yesterday my friend and i went for lunch at Primi Piatti in Tokai and i ordered my self the Ribs and chips. First the meal was cold and when i ate the Rib it was so hard and dry and when the manager came i told him and he refused to eat this and he must take my plate and he refused to. He walked away without saying sorry or even to ask if i wanted something else to eat. When i asked for the bill he refused to remove the Ribs off my bill. He got so angry at me and made up a storie saying i threw the plate at him. I told him he is so rude and have never seen a MANAGER (MARK) action like that. When ever i go to Primi Piatti i aways get good service but The Manager MARK was horrible. I want an apology.
