Last week Saturday on the 2nd of March my friend and i experienced poor service at Primi Piatti in Maponya Mall.
Upon entering the restaurant, no waiters sat us to our sits. We had to go to the bar to ask for the menu before we could place our order.
We sat for 25 minutes before the waiter could attend to us to take our order. After an additional 15 minutes of waiting for 2 Hunters Dry drinks, my friend and i decided to leave.
