Double billed and refused to refund me

In November 2012 we went to Kfc in Maponya mall it was me, my friend and my daughter and I bought a meal cost R100.00 and something rands and paid with FNB debit card; when I swiped the card the lady who assisted me advised that it declined and she asked me to do it again I did and it went through. I asked the lady what if it went off twice she said they will refund me, while we were seating and eating I got two smses from my bank notifying me that two deductions went of from my account to kfc same amount same day so I went down stairs to tell the lady she called the manager Xolani Hadebe. he asked me my ID number and other information and I was so angry then told to send email to the person called Love I did. a month went by and Xolani told me to do the same procedure because I was very angry he even gave us the deserts to cool us down, again on the 08/02/2013 I went there and I spoke to person called Love who advised me that Xolani is no longer in the company time:13h53 he also asked me to send email to him [Email Removed] I did but nothing has happened till today. This Love person he don't even bother to call me and explain to me that how far are they wth the matte
