I recently took guests to meat company for a saturday dinner out. I was shocked at the terrible service I received, the waitress only came to the table when she had to take the order and deliver it. We were never offered a second round of drinks and had to call the waitress for cutlery and anything else we needed. When the food came, it came in stages. Some of the meals were served and we had to wait over 10 minutes for the other dishes (which were cold when they got to the table and had to be sent back to be warmed). Some of the side order and sauces were served when everyone had finished eating and even after complain about the fact they took so long to arrive they were never taken off the bill- some people had already had their plates cleared before the sides came. The quality of the food was terrible, their steaks were tough and incredibly thin pieces of meat and their lamb shank was dry and over seasoned- this is a disgrace from a steak house! I will never go back to meat company, there are many other good quality steakhouses which I will choose in the future.
