I will NEVER NEVER EVER again eat at Spur Canal Walk. We as a family decided that we will try out the food and service at the Spur. What a disaster. We ordered drinks and I ordered coffee. The drinks was served, but my coffee disappeared. We were almost finished, when after reminding the waitress, that I received my coffee. My wife and son ordered their meat rare. The waitress never asked them if they want it on normal or hot plates. She just assumed they want hot plates, so when the meat arrived, it was not rare any more. My wife ordered salad in stead of chips. Again what a disaster. There was only big pieces of lettuce, onions, ton of red and a half ton green peppers and NO tomatoes. My son and wife was definitely not happy with the food, and I mentioned it to the manager. He promised to give us ice cream and chocolate sauce on the house. We are still waiting for it. When I paid my account I gave the waitress my Spur card. I was told that I can't get points as I should have given it to her before the rang up the account. What a lot of bull as I have eaten at a lot off Spurs and you only give the card when you pay. She was clearly incompetent and cost Spur a few customers
