We chose Krugamann's Grill to eat at for my brother's birthday. We were a group of 17. We are loyal customers to the restaurant as we often come there to eat a good steak. However, we were terribly disappointed as ALL, ALL, ALL the steaks ordered was not upto the regular quality and standard of the restaurant. All of us that had steaks was unsatisfied as it was tough, and not enjoyable to eat. We ordered from the famous sirloins to the fillet and none was upto scratch. We are in the meat industry ourselves therefore we can tell that it was a really bad quality of meat. We brought it to the managers attention and he offered to grill us other steaks but we had already started eating and after tasting it, we were put off by eating another steak at the restaurant, however he did not offer us any other alternative for our dissatisfaction. It is a huge shame. We will certainly not recommend the grill house to anyone and for the guests that were part of our group from overseas and Durban, they will certainly not recommend the restaurant to fellow man either. The only thing that was nice about the restaurant was the service received by our waitress.
We are very disappointed.
