We went to KFC today to buy some food. We normally buy the streetwise two and we change the chips for a mash and gravy.. the prices differs from chips (R9.90) to a mash and gravy (R8.90). At all the other branches they did the change but at this one they refused. to add injury to insult the cashier took 5 minutes to call the supervisor and when they arrived at the till both off them had an attitude from . this is poor service as we buy from KFC at least twice a month!! why can the other branches change the order but Nana refuses?? We are people like that in management? A letter off apology will not be accepted as that is the normal way off sweeping this type off service levels under the rug... I want to know how this will change
