I ordered 2 snack burgers, a portion of large chips which was not even fresh, 4 wings and a small mash & gravy - my partner and I started with the chips, mash and gravy and wings so we ate 2 wings and were eating the chips with mash & gravy and we were into about quarter way into the chips and I noticed something brown but did not really bother because I thought it may be the potato peel but when I looked closely it was a cockroach which looked like it was fried with the chips. I was totally grossed out!!! When I took the stuff back to the staff, the manager and staff insisted it was a potato peel whereas a potato peel is clearly light brown but this was a dark brown. They weren't much of a help - the manager was not very approachable and insisted and was adamant that it was a potato peel and it was like she wanted to just get rid off us but eventually offered to replace the chips but obviously by then our appetite was totally lost. Very disappointed as KFC was one of my favourites.:-( BYE BYE KFC, NEVER AGAIN!!!
