On the 31st of MArch 2013 we went to the Wimpy in Wolmaranstad at the Engine Garage. We placed our orders. The children ordered hot dogs with chips. The sausage was half the length of the bread roll it was in and the state the food was in inside the "boxes" was HORRIBLE and even the children said it didn't look "lekker". My burger was squashed in a waffle doggie bag. My boyfriend wasn't even able to eat half of his steak as it consisted more of tendons than anything else and the steak was very tough. After receiving our orders/take aways i had to remind the staff that i still havn't received my coldrink and had to wait another 10 minutes and remind them AGAIN before i received it. Whilst i was waiting another woman also received the wrong milkshake. She ordered a strawberry milkshake and received a lime milkshake. when she informed the lady behind the counter, she was simply ignored. The manager only showed up AFTER all chaos broke loose but disappeared to the kitchen area, not helping with any issues. NEVER EVER will we set foot in that Wimpy AGAIN!!!
