Terrible Service

I went to KFC Mall of the North in Polokwane on the 24th of October to buy the Family Treat or Meal, the one with the 3 sides dishes you can choose and the 2 large chips and the 6 pieces of chicken.
Firstly it took over 45 min to receive my food. Secondly the staff all shouting orders and things but nothing is really happening. I asked to see the manager as I would like to swop/change one of the large chips for something else. The manager said I can only change it for Pap and gravy.
So I asked to change one large chips to Pap and gravy.
When I eventually got my food and checked it there were no coleslaw of gravy for my pap. I then had to wait AGAIN for a while just to get the 2 coleslaws and the gravy. The I saw on my slip they extra charged me for the pap and gravy. Then I had to wait almost 15 minutes for the manager to come and refund me the money.
By that time I was so upset I just wanted to leave!
When I got home I saw that the other large chips was also not included...
This is the 3rd time I bought food from KFC that the order was wrong when I got home.
Their service is TERRIBLE!!!
