Am disappointed on the level of poor service in this outlet,
I walked in around 12:00 04/04/2013, where I was overwhelmed by the queue but nevertheless I waited because I do understand that I am not the only one on "earth",
When it was my turn to purchase something, A lady by the name of Magdeline was on the receiving end,
it seems like the telephone calls that she was receiving was more important than a paying customer (me) that was right in-front of her
I am appalled by the way in which she carried on,
Maybe good customer service is not part of Galitos principle, either way Magdeline needs some training or been given a job where she doesnot deal with customers
