No feedback on refund!

On 31 December 2012, my husband and I went to the BP on Starling street to fill petrol for R350. My husband used his debit card for the purchase and the attendant said that it did not go through even though the banks notification sms came through to his fone as paid. He swiped it again and it went through. My husband showed them the sms and they promised to refund the money if indeed it chrged twice, and told him to check his bank statement and wait for an sms as it might get reversed. He then checked it and it did in fact charge him twice. He then went back to them with all the slip and his bank statement. He got a call some time later from a lady by the name of Fahrida, and she promised to sort it out. It is now the 18th of January, and still no feedback or refund! We would like our refund asap AS PROMISED! Your issue with the bank is your problem. Please show some responsibility as a service provider?
