Today i took my family to spur menlyn, on irrival we got a waiter called Breeze who looked not sho of his work.
We orderd drinks and my wife orderd a fruty berry drink and they brought a mint shake. He tried to convince us that
Its a right thing but we were not convinced and asked to speak to the manager and a guy came as well and he was not shoo.
For the main meal we ordered two pizzas for kids (hawaiin with no tomato base.) when they came they had tomato base.
The explanation was that all their pizza come standard with tomato base and this was not mentioned to us when we orderd. We had to place new order for kids.
Our meal arrived. Another mess, my stake was not well done as i asked and they had to take it back. My wifes meal of ocean combo was not well prepared. She made it clear when placing and order that all must be well done especially the prawns and fish.
No manager was on site and we had to leave the restuarant with a said face, disappointed.
We dont eat for free but the service we got is really up to.
I hope spur managent will do something about this and expect response from owner of this store.
