My family decided to go out on a Saturday night to watch a movie and go to the "new" Spur at the Boardwalk in Port Elizabeth. We had to wait a while to be seated as they were pretty busy, we waited only 5 minutes which was great. We were seated and our waitress took our drinks order. She returned with 4 of our 5 drinks about 10 minutes later, we expected her to bring the 5th drink, but it turns out that she didn't believe we had ordered the drink from her. She gave an unbelieving stare and questioned who we ordered with. When the final drink arrived, we ordered our main meal. Our kids meals arrived very quickly but our main meal took about 10-15 minutes longer. When the food arrived it was cold, the wrong sauces were on the steaks instead of on the side and when asked to correct the mistake our waitress gave us such a disapproving look. The steaks were overcooked and the calamari cold and rubbery. We made a complaint to one of the managers on duty and I was informed that we would be phoned the next day... three days later and I have still not heard from them. DISAPPOINTED!
