Spur lunch. 3 adults, 2 kids arrived 11:05. Ordered 3-course special at R129, 5 milkshakes, 2 kids meals and 2 surf & Turfs. When the drinks arrive, there were 3 adult &; 2 kids milkshakes-not my order, Order = 5 normal milkshakes. Waitress reluctant to take it back, I insisted. 2 normal shakes arrived about 20 minutes later with the 2 kids meals & my starter AND the 2 surf and turf main meals. I asked how can she bring the starter & main meals at the same time - she just shrugged her shoulders. Also no tartar sauce or lemon with the calamari, she said it's due to meal being served on a hot plate. OK, but serve it on the side then, She just walked off - never received the sauce or lemon. We then couldn't get her attention at all. We asked other waiters for tomato sauce and more drinks. Called manager who just apologised for everything, said he'll fix it on bill. I was fuming as at that stage, everyone has had their main meals and I was still WAITING on my main meal an hour later. Ate half, took rest as doggy bag, NO desert - 2 hours since we arrived. Got bill with SEVEN milkshakes full R129 meal etc. Manager removed kids shakes & desert as I said I wont pay. No extra disc, horrible
