Bad Attitude of Staff after finding a hair in my

While having breakfast, I spotted a LONG hair in my mushrooms! I called the waiter, she apologised and said I can go and dish other food at the buffet. That was that. I was totally put off and ofcourse didn't want to have anything else.my husband then spoke to the manager, CLance or whatever his name was.he came to tell us that he will go and check in the kitchen. He just never returned to us. Kept passing us by as if nothing was wrong. When we left I once again complained to the waiter. She just stared at me as if she didn't understand
Pathetic customer service, Never going back there again.
